Za'atar fresh | ||
Tomato Juliennes (seedless) | ||
Onion white sliced | ||
Lemon juice | ||
Sumac powder | ||
Olive oil | ||

Vinaigrette dressing |
Preparation
- Cut tomatoes and remove the seeds, cut in jullienes.
- Fine slice the white onions.
Vinaigrette Dressing
- Whisk white vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil gradually.
- Toss all ingredients in above mentioned dressing.
- Sprinkle sumac powder.
