Za'atar Salad

Ingredients

Za'atar fresh
Tomato Juliennes (seedless)
Onion white sliced
Lemon juice
Sumac powder
Olive oil
Salt
Salt
Vinaigrette dressing

Preparation

  1. Cut tomatoes and remove the seeds, cut in jullienes.
  2. Fine slice the white onions.

Vinaigrette Dressing

  1. Whisk white vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Add olive oil gradually.
  3. Toss all ingredients in above mentioned dressing.
  4. Sprinkle sumac powder.
