Ingredients

Parsley Flat Chopped
Tomato Chopped
Onion Chopped
Bulgur
Lemon Juice
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Mint leaf
Pepper
Lettuce optional
Lemon wedge

Preparation

  1. Wash parsley bunches and mint thoroughly.
  2. Chop them roughly with very sharp knife to avoid mashing them.
  3. Rinse the bulgur in a strainer under a cold tap running water.
  4. Just before finishing, mix bulgur with lemon juice and chopped tomato together so that it softens.
  5. Just before serving mix all ingredients together.
  6. Season and finish with extra virgin olive oil.
