Preparation
- Mix flour, salt and yeast in a dough machine.
- Add oil and warm water.
- Knead into a little elastic consistency.
- Cut into small pieces. Cover and keep it aside.
- Saute onions, in olive oil.
- Add mince lamb and cook till moisture evaporates.
- Cook till it turns to brown color.
- Once cooked, cool it down.
- Roll out the small pieces of dough.
- Fill them with mixture, seal and crimp the edges.
- Fry them in fryer till it turns to golden brown color and crispy.
