Ingredients

DOUGH
All-purpose flour
Yeast
Salt
Warm water
Vegetable oil
MEAT MIXTURE
Lamb, minced
Onion, chopped
Black pepper
Cumin powder
Olive oil
Frying oil

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, salt and yeast in a dough machine.
  2. Add oil and warm water.
  3. Knead into a little elastic consistency.
  4. Cut into small pieces. Cover and keep it aside.
  5. Saute onions, in olive oil.
  6. Add mince lamb and cook till moisture evaporates.
  7. Cook till it turns to brown color.
  8. Once cooked, cool it down.
  9. Roll out the small pieces of dough.
  10. Fill them with mixture, seal and crimp the edges.
  11. Fry them in fryer till it turns to golden brown color and crispy.
