Garlic, chopped | ||
Spring onion | ||
Chili flakes | ||
Cumin | ||
Coriander, chopped | ||
Parsley, chopped | ||
Dill, chopped | ||
Lemon juice | ||
Salt | ||
Black pepper | ||
Extra virgin olive oil |
Preparation
- Roast whole potatoes in 350°F oven.
- When ready peel and cut in cubes.
- Toss all vegetables and herbs together.
- Sprinkle cumin and chili.
- Finish with lemon juice, seasoning and olive oil.
