Ingredients

Potato
Garlic, chopped
Spring onion
Chili flakes
Cumin
Coriander, chopped
Parsley, chopped
Dill, chopped
Lemon juice
Salt
Black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Roast whole potatoes in 350°F oven.
  2. When ready peel and cut in cubes.
  3. Toss all vegetables and herbs together.
  4. Sprinkle cumin and chili.
  5. Finish with lemon juice, seasoning and olive oil.
