Ingredients

Chicken liver
Onion finely chopped
Olive oil
Black pepper
Cumin powder
Red pepper
Pomegranate molasses
Lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Heat Olive oil.
  2. Sauté onions till golden brown color.
  3. Add Chicken and cook till it changes its color.
  4. Sprinkle Cumin, salt, red and black pepper, toss it.
  5. Add pomegranate syrup and a touch of lemon juice.
