Ingredients
Chicken liver | ||
Onion finely chopped | ||
Olive oil | ||
Black pepper | ||
Cumin powder | ||
Red pepper | ||
Pomegranate molasses | ||
Lemon juice |
Preparation
- Heat Olive oil.
- Sauté onions till golden brown color.
- Add Chicken and cook till it changes its color.
- Sprinkle Cumin, salt, red and black pepper, toss it.
- Add pomegranate syrup and a touch of lemon juice.
