Preparation
- Mix flour, salt and yeast in a dough machine.
- Add oil and warm water.
- Knead into a little elastic consistency.
- Make small shaped balls. Cover and keep it aside.
- Saute chopped onions in olive oil.
- Add frozen or fresh boiled and squeezed to dry spinach.
- Cook it till moisture evaporates.
- Season it with salt, pepper and sumac powder.
- Add pine nuts and remove from heat to cool it down.
- Roll the balls flat and add a spoon of spinach in each sheet.
- Form it in triangle shape.
- Bake it in a preheated oven till it turns to golden brown color.
