Ingredients
Clams | ||
Bay leaf | ||
Garlic crushed | ||
Ground black pepper | ||
Red fresh chili finely, chopped | ||
Red chili flakes | ||
Lemon | ||
Tomato, chopped | ||
Allspice | ||
Onion | ||
Olive oil |
Preparation
- Sauté onion and garlic with bay leaf in olive oil.
- Add chili flakes, fresh red chili and allspice.
- Stir in chopped tomatoes.
- Toss in clams and lemon juice.
- Season and cover it. Cook till clams open.
- Finish with chopped parsley.
