| Clams | ||
| Bay leaf | ||
| Garlic crushed | ||
| Ground black pepper | ||
| Red fresh chili finely, chopped | ||
| Red chili flakes | ||
| Lemon | ||
| Tomato, chopped | ||
| Allspice | ||
| Onion | ||
| Olive oil |
Preparation
- Sauté onion and garlic with bay leaf in olive oil.
- Add chili flakes, fresh red chili and allspice.
- Stir in chopped tomatoes.
- Toss in clams and lemon juice.
- Season and cover it. Cook till clams open.
- Finish with chopped parsley.
