Clams With Lemon and Chili

Ingredients

Clams
Bay leaf
Garlic crushed
Ground black pepper
Red fresh chili finely, chopped
Red chili flakes
Lemon
Tomato, chopped
Allspice
Onion
Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Sauté onion and garlic with bay leaf in olive oil.
  2. Add chili flakes, fresh red chili and allspice.
  3. Stir in chopped tomatoes.
  4. Toss in clams and lemon juice.
  5. Season and cover it. Cook till clams open.
  6. Finish with chopped parsley.
