Preparation
Dressing
- Whisk lemon juice, white vinegar, salt, pepper, molasses and gradually add olive oil.
- In a bowl add all vegetables and toss in with above mentioned dressing.
- Add toasted pita bread just before the service.
- Sprinkle sumac powder.
