Ingredients

Romaine lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Red radish
Bakli leaves
Spring onion
Parsley
Mint leaves
Toasted pita bread
Sumac powder
Salt
Lemon juice
Olive oil
White vinegar
Pomegranate molasses

Preparation

Dressing

  1. Whisk lemon juice, white vinegar, salt, pepper, molasses and gradually add olive oil.
  2. In a bowl add all vegetables and toss in with above mentioned dressing.
  3. Add toasted pita bread just before the service.
  4. Sprinkle sumac powder.
