Beetroot and Tahini

Ingredients

Beetroot fresh
Greek yogurt
Tahina sauce
Lemon juice
Cumin powder
Parsley
Salt
Ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. Grate beetroot, sprinkle with salt.
  2. Squeeze in a muslin cloth.
  3. Make a dressing of yogurt, tahina sauce, parsley and lemon juice.
  4. Sprinkle some cumin powder and black pepper.
  5. Toss the beetroot in the dressing.
