| Beetroot fresh | ||
| Greek yogurt | ||
| Tahina sauce | ||
| Lemon juice | ||
| Cumin powder | ||
| Parsley | ||
| Salt | ||
| Ground black pepper |
Preparation
- Grate beetroot, sprinkle with salt.
- Squeeze in a muslin cloth.
- Make a dressing of yogurt, tahina sauce, parsley and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle some cumin powder and black pepper.
- Toss the beetroot in the dressing.
