Preparation
- Marinate the Halwayo fillet in lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Par bake the potatoes with skin with fresh za'atar and garlic.
- Make sauce with onion, Lime juice, dill, butter and seasoning.
- Pan fry the fillet in olive oil.
- Once the potato is done, toss in olive oil and za'atar leaves.
- Season potatoes with salt and crushed peppers.
