Ingredients

Halwayo fillet
Lime juice
New potatoes
Za'atar leaves
Extra virgin olive oils
Lime
Dill leaves
Salt
Pepper crushed
Onion, chopped
Paprika

Preparation

  1. Marinate the Halwayo fillet in lime juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Par bake the potatoes with skin with fresh za'atar and garlic.
  3. Make sauce with onion, Lime juice, dill, butter and seasoning.
  4. Pan fry the fillet in olive oil.
  5. Once the potato is done, toss in olive oil and za'atar leaves.
  6. Season potatoes with salt and crushed peppers.
