Preparation
Chermoula Marinade
- Combine all the ingredients and mortar it to smooth paste.
- Marinate the lamb cutlets.
Lamb
- Sear on a flat top grill.
- Cook and finish in the preheated oven.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion, toss tomato, olives and za'atar in it.
- Season and serve with lamb cutlets.
