Preparation
Lamb Kebab
- Combine Lamb mince and all the other ingredients.
- Kneed by hand until thoroughly mixed.
- Make balls and dress on metal skewers in about 6 cm long.
- Grill on Charcoal BBQ unit.
Chili Tomato Sauce
- Grill vegetables mentioned in the sauce section.
- Peel tomatoes and chop all the rest ingredients.
- Saute in olive oil till mashed and smooth consistency.
- As required blend the sauce.
