Ingredients

LAMB KEBAB
Lamb mince
Parsley chopped
Onion chopped
Almond ground
Carom seeds
Celery seeds
Pomegranate syrup
Salt
White pepper
CHILI TOMATO SAUCE
Tomato
Shallot peeled
Green chilies
Red chili flakes
Garlic
Olive oil
Salt

Preparation

Lamb Kebab
  1. Combine Lamb mince and all the other ingredients.
  2. Kneed by hand until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Make balls and dress on metal skewers in about 6 cm long.
  4. Grill on Charcoal BBQ unit.

Chili Tomato Sauce
  1.  Grill vegetables mentioned in the sauce section.
  2. Peel tomatoes and chop all the rest ingredients.
  3. Saute in olive oil till mashed and smooth consistency.
  4. As required blend the sauce.
