Ingredients
Lamb, minced | ||
Parsley, chopped | ||
Onion, grated and squeezed | ||
Black pepper | ||
Cumin powder | ||
Red chili chopped/Harissa | ||
Extra virgin olive oil | ||
Garlic, chopped | ||
Lamb fat, minced | ||
Salt |
Preparation
- Combine lamb mince, lamb fat mince and cumin.
- Kneed by hand until thoroughly mixed and smooth.
- Add parsley, chili, onion, garlic and seasoning.
- Make balls and dress on metal skewers.
- Keep in the chiller for some time to set.
- Grill on charcoal BBQ unit.
- Remove from the skewer and serve.
- It can be served with rice or rocca salad
