The ‘Levantine’ concept can be implemented into a variety of restaurant sizes, with component spaces which can be removed as necessary for smaller sites. The following pages indicate two key models which restaurants will fit a large model and a small model.
Large traditional arabic style main entrance doors, wall mounted metal menu board with illuminated signage. Speckled stone tile to vestibule floor and a halo-illuminated brass sign. Grey rendered wall at high level. Glass paneled timber doors with aged brass pull handles and planting with fairy lights to line arrival route.
Large Arabic-style doors will help create a dramatic arrival experience as you enter into the vestibule space. The visual adventure continues here with a retail display on one side—a wine wall on the other—and a working display oven directly ahead.
The Lounge is the location of the bar, the bar also acts as the dispense beverage location for the breakfast juices and coffee in the morning.
