The style of service is friendly and informal. Each and every guest is greeted and welcomed in a friendly and sincere manner. ‘Levantine’ provides an informal and social experience that transcends from breakfast through to dinner—with an underlying consistency of authenticity and attentiveness.

Well trained service staff are on hand to heighten the experience in a relaxed yet attentive manor. They have excellent knowledge in the cuisine on offer enabling them to elaborate on specials of the day and inform customers on their food choices. Both the wait staff and chef’s are charismatic and positive, while ensuring service is never overbearing or insincere.

Uniforms are smart-casual and designed to be appropriate from breakfast through to dinner service, with neutral colours and a comfortable yet tailored fit. A long brown apron is the final addition to the attire. Chef’s are dressed in simple whites.
