The vestibule will have large traditional doors which will be pinned open during dinner service. This element is to be included in all sites both with or without an independent entrance. The bread prep should always be visible upon arrival into the entrance to create theatre When entering into the restaurant, this should be past the display kitchen and hot sand coffee station, with a choice to take a seat in either the lounge bar or restaurant The chef’s table should always be adjacent to the display kitchen Main dining has a connection to both the chef’s table and folding doors opening onto the terrace Semi-private dining rooms will flank along the side of the main dining, chef’s table and kitchen.Two rooms of about 30 capacity to be achieved where possible Two PDR’s to be included where possible, with preferably at least one having access to the terrace The shisha terrace will combine both dining and lounge seating
