Ingredients

Orange, large
Blood orange
Walnuts, crushed
Dates, julienned
Orange blossom water
Ground cinnamon
Mint
Brown sugar syrup

Preparation

  1. Peel oranges and remove all white pith.
  2. Cut in a thick slices and remove all pips.
  3. Arrange orange slices in line.
  4. Cinnamon and brown sugar syrup.
  5. Mixture of walnut crust and Date on side.
  6. Serve with Orange blossom granite.
  7. Finish with mint sprig.
