Ingredients

Whole milk
Cream
Lemon juice
Rose water
Orange blossom
Almonds, crushed
Pistachios, crushed
Honey

Preparation

  1. Heat milk and cream together randomly stirring it.
  2. Lower the heat and put lemon juice in it.
  3. As soon as milk starts to clot, add some drops of rose water and orange blossom.
  4. Once clotted, remove the cream or Ashta from the surface.
  5. Drain off the excessive liquid from it.
  6. Serve it on required dish.
  7. Sprinkle almond and pistachio on it.
  8. Drizzle honey on it.
