Ingredients

Fine semolina
Water
Sugar
Cheese Akawi, salt free
Rose water
Fresh cream pasteurized
Pistachio finely grounded
Red cherry compote sliced
Sugar syrup

Preparation

  1. Cook sugar and water together.
  2. When it is boiling add semolina and cook it.
  3. Add grated cheese and rose water mix it and cook till smooth consistency.
  4. Spread the mixture on a plastic sheet.
  5. Whip cream in a thick folding consistency.
  6. Pipe cream on the mixture and roll it. Put in the chiller.
  7. Cut in 6 to 8 cm.
  8. On one side of the roll put red cherry and other side dip on pistachio.
  9. Serve chilled with sugar syrup drizzle.
