Preparation
- Mix almonds, caster and icing sugar, egg white, orange rind, cinnamon and clove in food processor.
- Preheat oven. Grease a round pan. Put butter paper.
- Brush filo sheet with melted butter, top with few more sheets using the same process.
- Halve the sheet in lengthwise.
- Put the almond mixture on the sheet and roll it to cylinder form.
- Arrange in the round pan.
- Brush it with melted butter and bake in the oven, till crispy and golden brown color.
- Dust with cinnamon and icing sugar.
Serve with cream and honey.
