Ingredients

DOUGH
Flour
Dried yeast
Warm water
Olive oil
Salt
TOPPING
Za'atar dried
Zaatar fresh
Salt
Pepper

Preparation

Dough
  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Mix flour, water with yeast and salt.
  3. kneed them in a dough form, by gradually adding olive oil drops.
  4. Keep the dough aside in warm place to rise.
  5. Once it rises, kneed again and form small balls. Keep them again to rise.
  6. Remove from grill and place directly in to a hotel pan and store wrapped under refrigeration until ready to use.
  7. Roll out the Dough balls to 1 cm thickness.
Topping
  1. Mix dried and fresh leaves of Zaatar with sesame seeds and olive oil.
  2. Top it with za'atar and bake in a oven at 350°F until pale brown color.
