|Pineapple – peeled, cored and quartered|
- Heat a pan, melt butter and add sugar to caramelize.
- Add pineapple and cloves. Cook it till it caramelizes.
- Brush layers with filo with melted butter.
- Process strawberry in a blender and pass it through sieve.
- In strawberry juice add sugar and lemon juice.
- Put pineapple mixture on the filo sheet and fold it.
- Just bake it in the oven to give golden brown color and crispy.
